- Valid only on retail sales of new eligible product to consumer purchasers from 9/15/2010 through 4/30/2011. Applications for rebate must be entered by 5/15/2011.
- Subject to fulfilling all terms of this offer, LaserMax will mail a check to the address entered in the form within 4-6 weeks. Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 45 days of issuance.
- Only available on LMS-UNI and LMS-UNI-G.
