SHIPPING & HANDLING
FREE SHIPPING applies to order shipping to the 48 continental United States. Shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii will be an extra $4-10 and please allow an extra 1-2 weeks transit time.
SAME OR NEXT DAY SHIPPING: Depending on the product ordered, your order will ship out the same or next day via FEDEX or USPS Shipping. Transit time from the day your order is shipped can be 1-5 business days depending on the shipping destination. SAME or NEXT DAY SHIPPING applies to orders placed before 1 pm MST on any given business day. For example: If an order is placed anytime after 1 pm on Friday until 1 pm on Monday, then Monday or Tuesday qualifies as "same or next day". If an item is out of stock or back ordered, then the product page will indicated or specify a different shipping time. Inventory is subject to immediately available, and some times stock levels displayed may not reflect the actual inventory in stock. FREE 2-3 DAY SHIPPING applied to orders that are $250 or more and will ship out either FEDEX 2DAY EXPRESS or USPS PRIORITY depending on the product(s) ordered.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:2-DAY AIR SHIPPING is available on most items for $9, and Next Day Air Saver is also available on most items for $20, (Except for ArmaLaser, NcStar, & CAT products). If you would like either of these services, please indicate in the COMMENTS text box during checkout, and we'll adjust your order after it is placed. ArmaLaser, NcStar, & CAT ship USPS 2-3 Day Priority for FREE if your order is over $50, and 2nd Day Air shipping is available for these 3 brands for $15, or USPS Express for $25 (1-2 Days). If you need your order by a certain date, please indicate in the COMMENTS text box during checkout, and we'll do everything we can to make it happen or contact you if its not possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: YES, we will ship to other countries. However, for international orders, we only accept Checks, or Money Orders (Except for Canada). International Checks (not money orders) require an additional $25 processing fee (charged by our bank). We will not accept credit cards for security reasons. All orders, including shipping, must be paid for in advance. Shipping will cost anywhere from $20-$50 USD depending on your location via USPS. Also please note, for warranty issues, we cannot pay for shipping charges for replacements or repairs. Should the item arrive DOA (dead on arrival) then an insurance claim can be filed, and a replacement will be sent after the claim has been paid by the shipping company. For a shipping quote, please email us your shipping address. Please allow 2-5 weeks transit time for International shipments.
CREDIT CARDS: If you pay by Credit Card, CYBER MARKETING LLC or cybermarketingllc.com will be the company name the appears on your Credit Card Statement. Your card will not be charged immediately when you complete your order. All orders are reviewed manually before cards are charged. The Billing Address provided MUST match the Billing Address of the Credit Card being used. In the invent an item is out of stock when an order is placed and the website was not properly noted, cards will not be charged. Orders in such cases will be held, and the customer will be notified when the item is back in stock before the card is charged.
INVENTORY: All items listed are stocking items unless otherwise noted on the product pages, but availability is subject to prior sale. We will notify you if an item is out of stock and the product pages was not properly updated.
RETURNS: Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. If products are in "like new" condition with the original packaging, then no return/restocking fees will be applied. However, returns may be subject to a $5 up to 10% restocking charge if there is anything wrong with the laser sight or the original packaging has been damaged. Shipping charges are not refunded. Products may be returned to the customer if they are not in good condition. Used products cannot be returned. If the product is defective, warranty repairs and exchanges are handled through the manufacturer. 100% Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. If you need return a product because it doesn't fit, or need to make an exchange, NO PROBLEM, LET US KNOW HOW WE CAN HELP!
**We do not accept returns on any of the Advantage Arms Kits due to their high demand. So please ensure you're purchasing the correct kit for you gun. Warranty issues can be handled directly through AdvantageArms.com.
WARRANTY REPAIRS: LaserSightPro.com, owned by Cyber Marketing, LLC, is not a warranty repair station, and therefore LaserSightPro.com MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only warranties provided are provided by the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer's package. All requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be made directly to the manufacturer. We are glad to help out with the warranty process by providing the manufacturer's contact information. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer to avoid delays.

SHIPPING: When possible, please provide us with a physical shipping address, rather than a PO Box. Tracking is not available when shipping to a PO Box. In order to best meet your needs, we provide you with a Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. With USPS Priority Mail you will receive your order within approximately two to three business days -- including Saturday. UPS can take anywhere from 1 to 6 days on average. All orders for merchandise in stock are shipped the SAME or NEXT DAY.
Freight Policy (for 48 Continental U.S. States)
USPS Priority Mail shipping, handling, and insurance will be prepaid on all shippable orders of $750 or more. On UPS Next Day Air Saver a discount will be applied to all shippable orders of $750 or more. UPS Ground shipping, handling, and insurance will be prepaid on shipments that total $750 or more. Shipping, handling, and insurance will be charged on all orders under $750.
