INVENTORY: All items listed are stocking items, but availability is subject to prior sale. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.

RETURNS: Due to the low prices on our products, we stand by our return policy: Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refunded. 10% restocking fees also apply to product exchanges, and new products are shipped out at the customer's expense.

WARRANTY REPAIRS: RSR (the distributor) is not a warranty repair station, and therefore RSR MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only warranties provided are provided by the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer's package. All requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be made directly to the manufacturer. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer to avoid delays.
ALL USED FIREARMS OR OTHER USED MERCHANDISE ARE SOLD "AS IS," WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY. Purchasers of used firearms are urged to contact the manufacturer for a firearms owner's manual for such firearms.

SHIPPING: In order to best meet your needs, we provide you with a Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. With USPS Priority Mail you will receive your order within approximately two to three business days -- including Saturday. UPS can take anywhere from 1 to 6 days on average.  All orders for merchandise in stock are shipped the SAME DAY by RSR. And with RSR's five warehouses, located around the country, we can deliver your order quickly and inexpensively.

Freight Policy (for 48 Continental U.S. States)
USPS Priority Mail shipping, handling, and insurance will be prepaid on all shippable orders of $750 or more. On UPS Next Day Air Saver a discount will be applied to all shippable orders of $750 or more. UPS Ground shipping, handling, and insurance will be prepaid on shipments that total $750 or more. Shipping, handling, and insurance will be charged on all orders under $750.
