SAME OR NEXT DAY SHIPPING: Depending on the product ordered, your order will ship out the same or next day via UPS or USPS Ground Shipping. Transit time from the day your order is shipped can be 1-5 business days depending on the shipping destination. Same or next day shipping applies to orders placed before 3 pm MST on any given business day. For example: If an order is placed anytime from 3 pm on Friday until 3 pm on Monday, then Monday or Tuesday qualifies as "same or next day". If we are unable to ship according to our shipping statement, then we will usually offer you a discount or free batteries (depending on the product ordered) for any delay in your shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: YES, we will ship to other countries. However, for international orders, we only accept Checks, or Money Orders. We will not accept credit cards for security reasons. All orders, including shipping, must be paid for in advance. Shipping will cost anywhere from $20-$60 USD depending on your location via USPS. RETURNS:Due to the low prices on our products, we stand by our return policy: Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Returns may be subject to a $5 up to 10% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refunded. $5 up to 10% restocking fees also apply to product exchanges, and new products are shipped out at the customer's expense. Products must be in "like new" condition with all of the original packaging for a refund and will be returned to the customer if they are not. Used products cannon be returned. If the product is defective, warranty repairs and exchanges are handled through the manufacturer. If you return a product, and would like to order a different product, we will credit any restocking fees that were charged to your new order.

SHIPPING: When possible, please provide us with a physical shipping address, rather than a PO Box. Tracking is not available when shipping to a PO Box. In order to best meet your needs, we provide you with a Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. With USPS Priority Mail you will receive your order within approximately two to three business days -- including Saturday. UPS can take anywhere from 1 to 6 days on average. All orders for merchandise in stock are shipped the SAME or NEXT DAY.

USPS Priority Mail shipping, handling, and insurance will be prepaid on all shippable orders of $750 or more. On UPS Next Day Air Saver a discount will be applied to all shippable orders of $750 or more. UPS Ground shipping, handling, and insurance will be prepaid on shipments that total $750 or more. Shipping, handling, and insurance will be charged on all orders under $750.
